It fundamentally includes keeping the weight the most elevated you can move quick (for a few sets), however Megadrox as opposed to working through ceaseless arrangements of 3 (which would prompt snappy stoppage), you substitute somewhere around 1 and 3 reps of the same weight. Sample: My late lat pulldown session I could have supplanted all the 170x3 sets with 185x1 and perhaps my execution would have been exceptional because of less weakness.
